New Year, New You! That was the plan as we started the new year, right?
That’s why we’re checking in with our students and with you to see how all of your New Years resolutions are going so far. Do you feel you are still motivated in your goals that you intended for this new year?
What’s important to remember is no matter if it’s a short-term or long-term goal, you must stretch yourself mentally and physically, taking yourself out of your comfort zone (aka your house/bed), every single day if you want to see that change. That’s why we’re here reminding you as your mentors to become the Ballroom dancer you’ve always wanted to be.
And so here we are, telling you, you’ve got this! Don’t stop doing what it takes to keep chipping away at your goals for 2019. Ain’t no excuses getting in your way!
Take time this week to have a one-to-one with your instructor/s and review what you’d like to accomplish for this year once again. Evaluate if your taking necessary measures to meet those things on your dance bucket-list. Maybe you want to compete, or maybe you want to perform a solo, or you maybe want to ask someone to dance with you at a party Let us help you make sure you have a steadfast plan to get there on your next lesson!
